HOMESTEAD HELLES LAGER

A gold coloured, easy-drinking German lager with a grainy sweet and herbal hop aroma. The flavour is lightly bready with honeycomb and a neutral, earthy hop character. A refreshing and flavourful lager that is familiar and friendly to all.

5.0% ABV, 18 IBU

COLOUR MY WORLD HAZY IPA

Our flagship IPA. Juicy pineapple, mango, and lemon zest dominate the aroma with some light pine in the back end. The flavour is likewise full of tropical fruit and citrus with a refreshing, moderate bitterness that doesn’t overwhelm the palate. A favourite among many.

6.2% ABV, 55 IBU

VIOLETS AT DAWN BLUEBERRY BASIL ALE (Bronze Winner - Alberta Beer Awards 2025)

A welcoming aroma of blueberry, fresh basil, and light mint. The flavour mirrors the aroma with moderately sweet blueberry and blackberry, while the basil lightly cools the palate with a refreshing, light finish.

4.7% ABV, 16 IBU

GODSPEED IRISH EXTRA STOUT (Gold Winner - Alberta Beer Awards 2025)

A classic stout featuring aromas of dark rye bread, black cherry, and dark chocolate. The flavours showcase the roasted and chocolate malts along with notes of molasses and coffee without tasting burnt or astringent. Hop character is not assertively bitter and balances the lingering sweetness on the palate.

5.0% ABV, 42 IBU

LAVENDER HAZE SOUR

A sour Berliner Weisse brewed with Guava and Lavender. The aroma greets you with a light lavender potpourri scent and tropical guava. The flavour highlights fresh lavender flowers and juicy sweet guava accentuated by moderate tartness which slowly fades into a gentle flowery tingle at the end of the palate.

This hazy yellow pale ale is loaded with citus! with a delicious mandarin orange aroma, the taste of freshly squeezed lime and mango follow with taste.

This light bodied, very pale lager is your next summer favorite! Lightly sweet malt aroma with a hint of zesty lemon. Perfectly crisp and crushable to beat the heat.

Deep gold lager has a doughy, toasty malt and gentle floral hop aroma. The rich malty flavour and medium body balances strength and drinkability that finished with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. a toast to well being!
